Do I need it?
It is a fact that patient medical records are
only
kept at your local hospital. In an emergency this
would cause a delay!
Our system allows immediate access to hospital staff and emergency personnel.
I like the idea but is my data secure?
We secure
all data using the same protection as
used by online UK high street banks, and
only allow
access by yourself and emergency services. It is still upto
you to determine how much or little you want to disclose.
Is my medical data stored on my phone?
No! All the data is stored online in your personal account it
is only the IMEI number of your mobile phone that is used to identify you.
Where do I find my IMEI number?
The IMEI can be found by keying in
*#06# on your mobile phone.
It is a 15 or 17 digit number normally beginning with 35.
What if my phone was smashed or battery had died?
Your IMEI number is also shown on a sticker beneath the battery housing
of your mobile phone, so it
can be retrieved.
What happens if my phone is lost or stolen?
We insist you upload a photograph for the very purpose of identification.
Medical staff cannot proceed with treatment if a person cannot be fully
identified. Photo protection would cover second hand sales or purchases too.
